One Dish Chicken & Rice Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Container:2 quart baking dish
Directions
COOK
45 mins
  • In 2 quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper.
  • Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 min or until done. Cooking time depends on the size of the chicken breasts.
