Manicotti Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 cooked manicotti noodles (cooked)
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Brown hamburger & garlic: Drain fat.
  • Mix next 4 ingredients in a bowl (cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, and salt). Stir in hamburger.
  • Cook manicotti noodles until they are al dente.
  • Fill the noodles with the meat filling and place in a baking dish.
  • Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with oregano and parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
