Easy Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound beef sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick.
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 cups sliced mushrooms (6 oz)
3/4 diced onions
1 can (10 1/2 oz) Beef Gravy
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup sour cream
4 cups cooked medium egg noodles (about 4 cups Dry)

:medium skillet
Directions
Slice beef into very thin strips.
In a medium skillet over medium- high heat, heat half the margarine.
Add beef and cook until browned, stirring often. Set beef aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining margarine. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until tender.
Add gravy and pepper. Heat through.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Return beef to pan and heat through.
Serve over noodles.
