Snowy Pecan Petites Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • confectioners sugar
Directions
Cream margarine and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Stir in nuts. Shape rounded teaspoonful of dough into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Cool slightly, roll in confectioners sugar. Makes approximately 3 dozen.
