Chocolate Covered Peanuts, Crock Pot Style Recipe

Creamy chocolate coated peanuts has never been easier. Who knew you could put it all in the slow cooker and never look at it again until your ready to drop them onto the paper. And the chocolate mixture is perfect.

Ingredients
  • 2 jars lightly salted dry roasted peanuts (16 oz jar)
  • 8 squares white almond bark
  • 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz pkg)
  • 1 package milk chocolate chips (12 oz pkg)

Pour peanuts into crock-pot making a well in the center. Pour chocolate chips in center. Place white bark on top of chocolate chips.

Cook on LOW for 1 1/4 hours.

Stir well to coat peanuts. Spoon onto waxed paper in the size you want the peanut clusters to be. They will harden in about 1 hour.
