Easy No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 graham cracker crust (premade)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (1 package)
  • 6 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Container:aluminum pie plate provided with the graham cracker crust
Directions
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. When it is smooth and creamy, add the lemon juice and vanilla and mix well.
  • Pour into the prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for several hours prior to serving.

    Note: You may top the cheesecake with your favorite fruits, jams and jellies, prepared toppings, and/or nuts.
