Crispy Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

A holiday favorite. You can always make them more festive by decorating them with seasonal sprinkles when the chocolate is still soft.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 package chocolate bark
Directions
Combine peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Blend together well.

Add cereal and blend into peanut butter mixture. Form into 3/4 inch balls.

Dip into melted chocolate.
