Ingredients
16 ounces sour cream
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour milk
4 teaspoons baking powder
7 cups flour

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the sour cream and baking soda.
Add the sugar, eggs, and sour milk and mix well.
Combine the baking powder and flour, and then gradually add it to the mixture to form a soft dough.
Make small figure eights with dough; then place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350ºF.
Cool on wire racks.
Note:
The cookies shouldn't be brown on the top when they are done.
