Chocolate Pudding Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 cup margarine (soft)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 4 ounces Jello instant pudding mix (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips (if desired)

  • Mix the flour with the baking soda.
  • Combine margarine, sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Beat in eggs.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips (the batter will be stiff).
  • Drop portions of the cookie dough from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet (about 2 inches apart).
  • Bake at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes.
  • Cool the cookies on wire racks.
