Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package milk chocolate chips

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl.
  • In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the butter, shortening, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time until blended; then slowly add the flour mixture.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes.
