Ingredients
1 cup plus 2 measuring t. All Purpose Flour
1/2 measuring t. Baking Soda
1/2 measuring t. Salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
6 measuring t. Sugar
6 measuring t. Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 measuring t. Vanilla Extract
1 egg
1 - 6 ounce pkg(1 cup Nestle Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in Nestle morsels and nuts. Drop by round tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Yields 50 - 2 in. cookies.
