Ingredients
2 sticks butter
3 squares of unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate.
Add sugar. Add vanilla.
Beat eggs; add eggs to chocolate mixture and slowly stir in flour.
Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350ºF; watch carefully to not over-bake.
Frosting optional: Melt 3 tablespoons butter and 1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate. Add up to 3/4 bag of powder sugar and enough hot water to get the desired consistency.
