Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Canadian whiskey
1 can condensed milk
5 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 eggs
1 pint whipping Cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Put all the ingredients in a blender, hold cover down, and blend until the mixture begins to thicken. Do not over blend because the mixture may become too thick.
Chill.
Shake before serving.
