Scoops candy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 bags Fritos Scoops
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Karo syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1 bad butterscotch chips

  • Butter the bottom of two 9 x 13 baking pans.
  • Crunch up the Fritos just slightly and place in the bottom of the buttered pans.
  • Bring sugar and syrup to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter. Drizzle over Fritos.
  • Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chops.
  • Drizzle over Fritos mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut or break into pieces to serve.
