1 egg - beaten
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter

Mix rhubarb, sugar, egg, 2 tbsp flour, and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Mix 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle on top and bake at 425° F for 30-40 minutes.

"I wanted to try a different Rhubarb Pie recipe so I tried this recipe. It was very good but I like my regular double crusted Rhubarb Cream Pie a little better."
