2 cups bisquick
1/4 cup margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup raspberry preserves - or any flavor
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon water - warm
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Mix bisquick, margarine and sugar until crumbly.
Stir in milk until dough forms, then beat 15 more strokes.
Drop by spoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Make a shallow well in the center of each and fill with preserves.
Bake 10 - 15 minutes at 450° F.
Watch as they burn easily on the bottom.
While warm drizzle with glaze.
For glaze, combine powdered sugar, warm water (more can be added if needed) and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
