Ingredients
2 packages Crescent Rolls
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 1/4 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg (separated)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Use 1 package of rolls to line the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Mix (with a mixer) cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar.
Add vanilla and the egg yolk.
Spread on top of the rolls.
Place the second package of rolls on top.
Brush with the beaten egg white.
Mix cinnamon and remaining sugar.
Sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
