1 frozen bread dough
1/3 pound ham - sliced
1/3 pound provolone cheese - sliced
1/3 pound hard salami - sliced
1 egg
garlic salt
oregano

Place frozen bread dough on greased jelly roll pan, cover and let rise 6-7 hours.
Spread dough out on pan and brush with egg and sprinkle garlic salt and oregano on dough.
Layer cheese and meats down the middle in 2 rows, layer meat and cheese twice.
Fold sides over the meat into the center and seal.
Fold ends over and seal.
Flip it over and sprinkle top with garlic and oregano.
Bake at 350° F for 12-30 minutes.
You can make this ahead and store covered in the refrigerator.
If you need to cover and store, spray the wax paper so the dough doesn't stick.
