1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs - beaten
1 cup margarine
2 cups creamed corn
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese - shredded

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Pour in 9 X 13 pan, reduce oven temp to 300° F and bake for 45 minutes.
