Tex-Mex Grilled Chicken Recipe

Great tasting chicken recipes don't always require an excessive number of ingredients or preparation steps to be terrific. This flavorful grilled chicken recipe contains only five ingredients in addition to the chicken breasts, but the result is nothing short of fantastic!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix (1.25 ounce packet)
  • 8 chicken breasts or thighs, boneless, skinless

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the first five ingredients until well blended.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and sear one side; then turn and brush with the sauce.
  • Grill uncovered for 5-7 minutes. Turn the chicken and again brush with the sauce.
  • Grill another 5-7 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.

"I thought the taco seasoning would be too much but it was perfect. The mayo creates a tasty coating around the chicken. I used chicken thighs since my family likes these best. I will make these again!"
