Ingredients
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup peanuts
2 cups chow mein noodles
Directions
Microwave the chocolate chips and peanut butter at 50% power for about 3-4 minutes until thoroughly melted. Remove from microwave, add peanuts and chow mein noodles, blending to coat thoroughly with the chocolate. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper until they set and firm.
