Grilled Cajun Beef Kebabs Recipe

These grilled kebabs can be served on the skewer with a nice salad or placed in a pita to make a delicious sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound beef top sirloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 each red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 each large yellow onions, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 4 each metal skewers

Place steak pieces in a large bowl. Add all ingredients into bowl except, red bell pepper and onion. Mix well and cover. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 1-4 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Thread beef, red bell pepper, and onion pieces alternately onto skewers. Place on grill and cook for 15-18 minutes, turning once. Remove from heat and serve.
