Ingredients
3 1/4 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups margarine
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 can apple pie filling (large can)
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Combine with brown sugar. Cut 1 1/2 C. margarine into first mixture and add oats. Spread 1/2 mixture in greased sheet cake pan. Pour apple pie filling over crumb mixture, dot with 1 stick margarine and sprinkle 1/2 C. sugar over apples. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
