Peanut Butter Cookies Topped with Hershey Kisses Recipe

A classic favorite, from holidays to just a regular cookie day. These peanut butter butter cookies, topped with a kiss, will please everyone. They freeze well, too.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 48 Hersheys Kisses, unwrapped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar.

Add egg.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture until combined.

Roll into small balls. Roll in sugar and place onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 8 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with an unwrapped Hershey kiss.
