Refrigerator Cowboy Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup Crisco
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup heath bar bits
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Cream the sugars, margarine and crisco. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Mix together the rest separately then add to wet mixture. Form into rolls and chill overnight. Cut into 1/4 in slices and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
