Remove silks from corn, leaving husks intact and pull husks back over the corn. Immerse corn in Corona or other Mexican beer. Let soak for at least 30 minutes.

Remove from beer and place on grill, turning frequently for anywhere from 15-45 minutes, depending on your grill.

For lime butter, mix butter with lime zest and lime juice. Put in a small zipper bag and form into a stick and place in refrigerator until corn is ready.

When corn is ready, carefully remove husks. Slather with lime butter and season with kosher salt and black pepper.

NOTE: You can wrap the corn in foil, if desired.

"Great recipe for your summer barbecue. The beer adds a little something extra and goes perfectly with the lime butter. I added the salt & pepper right into the butter."
