Ingredients
5 pounds tomatoes, blanched, peeled and cut up
3 onions, chopped
6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
3 green peppers, chopped
3 cans tomato paste (small cans)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup vinegar
Directions
Put all ingredients except vinegar in a large pot. Bring to a boil, add vinegar and bring back to a boil. Fills about 8 pint jars. Water bath for 15 minutes.
