Banana Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
Directions
Cream sugar and oleo, add egg, mashed bananas, vanilla and dry ingredients. Mix well. Fill paper cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Tastes good frosted with powdered sugar or without. Makes about 15 cupcakes.
