Mix oil and sugar together. Mix in beaten eggs.
Stir all dry ingredients together in another bowl.
Slowly add in with a mixer sugar, oil and egg mixture.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour to 1hour 15 minutes.
Cake will be golden brown and pulled away from sides.
Let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
