Ingredients
1 pound hot Italian sausage
8 eggs, beaten
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
8 ounces cheddar cheese
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 can green chiles (4 ounce can)
1 pint cottage cheese
Directions
Brown sausage and mix with all remaining ingredients. Place in a 9x13-inch casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Serves 10-12.
