2 cups milk
4 cups shredded hashbrown potatoes
2 cups diced cooked ham
2 cups grated cheese
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Beat the eggs, milk and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake uncovered at 350° F. for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

"Made this for a brunch that I had to furnish something for and it was a hit. Only had one piece left. It took a long time to cook to get the center done, 5 or 10 minutes longer than suggested, but when it was done it was very good."
