  • 4 egg whites, beaten
  • 2 turkey sausage links
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla, warmed
  • 2 tablespoons salsa

Cook egg whites over medium heat until cooked.

Cook turkey sausages until browned and cooked through.

Layer tortilla with diced sausage egg whites. Top with salsa.
