2.) Remove from heat, remove meat, and drain well
3.) Preheat oven to 325F
4.) Mix cornmeal, flour, eggs, corn, oil and milk in a bowl and pour half of mixture into the greased skillet where meat cooked, top w/ meat mixture, onions, cheese, and pepper, pour remaining cornmeal mixture over top of all
5.) Spread/smooth top evenly and bake for 50 minutes, cool about 15 before cutting and serving.
