Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 cup Brown Sugar
3 cans Hungry Jack biscuits (or make own bread recipe)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bunt pan with Pam. Sprinkle some pecans in bottom of pan. In a sauce pan over low heat, melt margarine and add brown sugar, simmer (simmer while rolling biscuits). Cut biscuits into 4 pieces each and roll into balls. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl and roll biscuit balls in sugar mixture. Drop in bunt pan alternating with pecans. Pour Carmel mixture over biscuits and bake for 30 minutes. Invert into plate immediately.
