  • 3/4 cup fresh tomato - diced
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper, fresh or canned - chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons green chilis, canned - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
