  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seed
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line muffin pan with paper liners or spray the pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
