QUICHE (MAKES ITS OWN CRUST) Recipe

Ingredients
12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 350° (325° in glass pan). Lightly grease 9 or 10" pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom. Put remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend 1 minute on high speed. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate leftover quiche.
