French Toast Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package sandwich bread
  • 11 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • TOPPING:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions
Cut crust off loaf sandwich bread. Roll each slice with rolling pin.

Mix cream cheese, egg yolks, sugar together. Spread on bread. Roll like jelly roll, place seam side down.

For topping, mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush melted butter over roll ups and roll in sugar mixture.

Place on baking sheet. Can freeze.

To serve, heat oven to 400° and bake 10-12 minutes. If frozen, thaw first.
