  • 2 quarts vanilla ice cream
  • 40 raspberries
  • 40 blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberry or blueberry sauce

  • Clean raspberries by picking through the berries and discard any that are blemished.
  • Clean the blueberries and discard any that are blemished.
  • Scoop out 8 servings of ice cream into ice cream cups.
  • If prepared prior to serving, scoop ice cream into dishes and freeze until ready to serve.
  • When ready, drizzle sauce of choice over top of ice cream. Garnish with raspberries and blueberries. (Prepared raspberry and blueberry sauces are readily available in food stores.)
