Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Fill muffin tin 3/4 full.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.

NOTE: These can be baked in a 9x13" pan for 45 minutes.
