1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 1/2 tablespoons capers

In a small sauce pan melt butter. Add lemon juice, chives, and capers. Bring mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat, serve over grilled fish.
Especially good when paired with fresh salmon.
