Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet and dry ingredients for cake and spread into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Make crumbs: Melt butter let it cool. Add flour, salt, sugar, and cinnamon. If it is too moist, add more flour.
Crumble crumbs on top of cake with fingers.
Bake for 30- 40 min, until toothpick comes out clean.
If you want to make it extra special, take a 4 oz dark chocolate bar, break up into small pieces, and melt in double boiler until just starting to melt. Take it off heat and stir until completely melted. Take a spoon and drizzle the chocolate over the cake. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
