Ingredients
  • 4 apples, peeled, cored, chopped
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until apples are soft.

Allow to cool, then mash with a fork or potato masher.

"Delicious! The hardest part is preparing the apples. I didn't even peel them. I quartered and cored and them cooked them. I used a cone sieve with a wooden pestle to smooth out the sauce. The peels just stayed in the colandar so it worked perfectly with alot less work. I also made a whole big pot!"
