A honey mustard dipping sauce makes these homemade chicken nuggets a huge hit. Any flavor chips will be great, but sour cream and onion seem to be the favorite.

Ingredients

2 cups sour cream onion potato chips, crushed
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 package chicken breast tenders, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/3 cup butter, melted
HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish (optional)
1 tablespoon orange juice, to thin sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat eggs and milk together.

Put chips in a shallow dish.

Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and then roll in chip crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet and drizzle with butter.

Bake for 15-18 minutes. Serve with honey mustard dipping sauce.

For HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE, combine all except orange juice. Thin with orange juice to consistency for dipping.

"The sauce IS amazing! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I thought there was too much butter. I would only use 2-3 tablespoons. Other than that it was really good. Great appetizer for our family for the Super Bowl."
