Ingredients
1 can salmon, drained (large can)
1 package cream cheese (3 ounce pkg.)
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Directions
Drain salmon well and break into pieces. Add remaining ingredient and mix well. Refrigerate. Spread on crackers.
