"I kept it simple using quartered red potatoes just using s&p and garlic. Perfect with a sprinkle of Lawry's when they were done baking and ketchup and sour cream."

"These were really simple to make and I liked the seasoning, except for the rosemary, which we didn't have so I just left it out. I roasted in the oven until almost done and the finished them on the grill when I was grilling pork chops. They had a nice smoky flavor."

"I found a bag of small potatoes with russets, reds and purple potatoes all in it. It was beautiful and delicious. I used melted butter instead of olive oil just because I like the flavor and think it browns a little better."

"Great roasted potatoes. I don't care for rosemary either so I tried the steak seasoning as RTMember1029 did and we loved it. Went perfect with our grilled steaks."

"Ooh, we loved these potatoes! Not rosemary fans so I used Steak seasoning which has salt, pepper, garlic and other goodness in it and everyone loved it. Served it with ketchup and sour cream w/chives."

"Tip: If you don't like scrubbing potatoes, try dropping them in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with a couple of old towels. They come out nicely scrubbed. Then I just finish them with a rince in the sink."

"As a variation I cut up the potatoes into quarters and marinate them in Italian Dressing (I make my own) for about 30 minutes and then do the roasting. You can also add a few carrot and parsnip chunks to the marinade bowl. MMmmmm...good eating!!"
