Ingredients
  • 1 packet gravy mix
  • water (according to gravy packet instructions)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons pan drippings (optional)

  • In a small sauce pan, combine contents of gravy packet and water. Add 3 tablespoons of pan drippings, if available. Whisk together until blended.
  • Over medium heat, bring to a light boil for 30 seconds. Reduce heat and allow gravy to simmer, stirring constantly for approximately 1 minute, or until gravy reaches desired consistency.
  • Season to taste. Serve warm.
