SHRIMP MOLD 13 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package Knox gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 4 ounces canned shrimp or 8 ounce cocktail shrimp, thawed
Directions
Combine gelatin and water. Stir until dissolved.

Heat soup undiluted; remove from heat. Add dissolved gelatin and cool slightly. Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Pour into mold.

Serve with crackers.
