Smoked Salmon Pate 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 - 15 ounce can Pink Alaskan Salmon drained (de-boned if you like, I leave everything inch)
  • 1 WHITE onion chopped very fin (if food processor is used not too small pieces) (large)
  • 1 creme cheese softened (Philly 8 ounce is best as it will hold shape)
  • 4 tablespoons liquid smoke(inch market with steak sauces)
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, break cheese into four or five pieces. Put all other ingredients in and mix on high till all is incorporated well. Divide into two balls and roll one in chopped pecans and the other in chopped parsley. Wrap in clear plastic or mild into dishes. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers or celery sticks. if serving on a buffet table, place dish into another dish with ice.
