Limeade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 15 large limes, juiced
  • 4 cups club soda, chilled
  • 12 mint sprigs

  • In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Stir to dissolve sugar. Continue to boil for 1 minute. Remove from burner and cool.
  • In a large pitcher, combine cooled sugar syrup and lime juice. Refrigerate until well chilled.
  • Prior to serving, add club soda and stir until mixed well. Add 6 mint sprigs to pitcher.
  • Pour limeade into ice-filled glasses and garnish with a mint sprig.
